What OpenReels collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you subscribe: Stripe, our payment processor, collects your name, email, billing address and payment details to process the order. We receive your email, country and subscription status from Stripe. We never see or store your card.
- When you join the list: your email address, to send you news and launch prices.
- When you visit: anonymous, aggregated page analytics (pages viewed, buttons used, device type) through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
- When you write to us: what you send.
What we do not collect
OpenReels runs on your machine through your own agent. The subjects you ask for and the Reels you make stay with you; they are not sent to us.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments and receipts), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and our email provider (the list and receipts). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Subscription records for as long as the law requires for accounting. List addresses until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted, by writing to support@getopenreels.com. We answer within 30 days.
