7 days, no questions.
Your first 7 days
If OpenReels is not for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to support@getopenreels.com with the email you paid with. Refunds go back through Stripe to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
After 7 days
You can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded.
Yearly plans
The same 7-day window applies from the date of your yearly payment.
