Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of OpenReels, the software your coding agent runs to make Reels, and of getopenreels.com.
Who sells it
OpenReels sells the subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, which takes your card and sends your receipt; we never see or store your card. Customer service and refunds are handled by us at support@getopenreels.com.
What you get
A subscription to OpenReels Pro gives you access to the OpenReels software for use with your own coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI or another), every preset we publish and any look you build yourself, for as long as the subscription is active. Your agent runs OpenReels on your machine. The cost of running your agent is billed by your agent’s provider, not by us.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or each year, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. If you subscribe at a launch price, that price stays for as long as your subscription stays active. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt or by writing to us; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, for any reason. See the refund policy.
What you make
The videos, captions and covers you make with OpenReels are yours. You can use them on any account, commercially and for clients. You are responsible for the subjects you choose and for making sure what you publish does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
What you may not do
You may not resell, share or redistribute the OpenReels software or your access to it, or use it to make content that is unlawful, deceptive or that infringes the rights of others.
The software
OpenReels is provided as is. We work to keep it running with current versions of the agents it supports, but agents change, and we cannot promise that every Reel will come out exactly as you picture it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects your subscription, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
